Honestly what can I say… from start first text message around 9pm Monday night to finish 8.30pm Wednesday night James was helpful, polite & just really enthusiastic about customer satisfaction, great wealth of knowledge and couldn’t do enough to make sure my Dads & Best mates Christmas presents was what I asked for. The website was easy to navigate, large choice and good prices with a couple of freebies thrown in. My cigars, a box of three Punch, one Montecristo and a Romeo Y Julieta all arrived the next day in perfect condition. I smoked the Punch a few days later and the draw was perfect. I recently purchased one of the De Olifant selection boxes of machine made cigars, I smoked one straight away after I received them. The flavor was amazing with nice creamy and nutty notes.
