Established in 2004 by Glen Case, Kristoff Cigars is Internationally known for producing some of the finest cigars in the industry. Our cigars are made using a centuries old bunching technique called “entubar”. This skillful bunching method creates a more firmly packed cigar which allows air to travel between all the leaves, carrying more aromatics and flavor to the palate. The Plasencia Cosecha 149 It showcases Nestor Andrés Plasencia vast array of tobacco, this time the focus of the Plasencia Cosecha 149 blend is consisting solely of Honduran tobacco. Not just any Honduran tobacco, but Plasencia’s 149th harvest, which happened in 2014. Now that the tobacco has had seven years to age, the Plasencia’s have turned it into something special. The Plasencia Cosecha 149 is blended with a wrapper from Olancho, San Agustín, a binder from Jamastran and mix of filler tobaccos from Jamastran, Talanga and Olancho. The Cosecha 149 is made in Honduras at the Plasencia’s Tabacos de Oriente factory and delivers a medium to full bodied smoke.

For the Alma Fuerte, a team of five blenders, including Plasencia, Sr. and Jr., worked to create the cigar from 100% Nicaraguan tobaccos. The blend focuses around the family’s Criollo ’98 seed, using tobaccos from each of the major growing regions of Nicaragua (Condega, Estelí, Jalapa, and Ometepe). In addition, the Plasencia are using some of their rarest and most premium-grade leaves from their vast tobacco inventories.
The latest addition to this line, the Sixto I is a new option for those who enjoy this luxurious smoke but don’t want the full intensity, the Sixto I is like a Cappuccino compared to the Sixto II which is more like an espresso.
The blend has been slightly tweaked for the Sixto I and an different wrapper finishes this cigar which is a Colorado Claro which takes away some of the intensity.

Quai d’Orsay was established in 1973 and originally aimed at the French market. It was named after an avenue in Paris that once housed the headquarters of SEITA, the former French tobacco company. Until now the only size from the brand available in the UK was the Coronas Claro. However as part of the brand’s relaunch, there will be two new sizes available, both of which will be presented in new packaging and dressed in new redesigned bands.
The first of the two new sizes to arrive in the UK is the Quai d’Orsay No.50 and measures 4 3/8” (110mm) x 50 ring gauge. This is the same vitola as the Partagas Serie D No.5 and offers smokers a lighter alternative in a popular size.

THE AGE
Every aspect of Conviction has been meticulously crafted, the filler is comprised of some of our oldest tobaccos having used bales from our 2014 crop in Nicaragua. The result is a cigar that unfurls a tapestry of complexity, evolving with each delicate puff.
THE WRAPPER
Conviction’s wrapper is a testament to the legendary Terciario Cuban method, meticulously crafted from the oldest and oiliest San Andrés tobacco. This intricate fermentation process unleashes the full potential of the wrapper, resulting in an unforgettable smoking experience that is simply unparalleled.
THE ROLLERS
In pursuit of perfection, only the top four master rollers in the factory have been entrusted with the Conviction. Working in pairs, each set of these master rollers is limited to rolling 250 cigars per day, resulting in a total of only 500 Conviction Cigars being rolled daily. This deliberate restriction ensures that each cigar receives the utmost attention and care, as the artisans dedicate their expertise and craftsmanship to creating a limited quantity of exceptional cigars.

With only four rollers dedicated to this project and the scarcity of the extraordinary tobacco used, Rocky has chosen to release a mere 5,000 boxes, rendering this cigar a truly unique and sought-after gem.
